The Angry Words Flush can help to clear your energy after an argument or other situations involving criticism. It can be used to help accept responsibility for what was said in an argument while also allowing you to forgive yourself and have compassion related to the situation.

This cleansing energy can also be used to clear negative mental patterns that have developed due to past conflicts as well as clearing energies related to arguments and conflict that you may have experienced as a child.
