In shamanic traditions, animals carry specific energies or “medicine” that can help us to heal and learn life lessons. Some animal totems will work with you throughout your lifetime while others come in for brief periods to help with specific issues you are working through at the time. In this healing session I work with Totem Reiki as well as more specific help from Tiger, Lion, Bear and Dolphin reiki spirit animals amongst others.
