Healing the Conflict Within Reiki connects you to your guides,
spirit, and your higher self. Very often, we have conflicts within ourselves
that seem to devastate us. We can think of something we love and want,
and suddenly, feel overwhelmed with thoughts of fear, discouragement,
and despair. When we try to look at both sides of the issue, it only gets
worse.

ourselves and others and feel powerless to move forward.
