Holiday Stress Relief Reiki

Holiday Stress Relief Reiki can help with the holiday blues and the added stress of the holiday season.

The founder states: “Often there is a great deal of stress connected to the holidays—any holiday. Usually we have company coming or we are going to visit others, there are family and friends gathered together which is good, but often
filled with some people coming together who don’t get along, or don’t like each other. The stress of having everyone together, and trying to be cheerful whether you feel it or not, and entertaining guests, following tradition, even if you are now on a different path, can be overwhelming and drain your energies.”

You no longer have to worry about being around others who may be grumpy or negative, nor do you need to try to please everyone else. This attunement surrounds you in protection from negative energies, and it boosts your energies and charisma to help make the holidays fun and joyful!

Just use the symbol whenever you need it and allow the energies to work. You can also place the symbol under a candle to add some extra energy and firepower this holiday season!
