Releasing Shame Reiki

This system goes right to the heart of emotions that cause you to feel worthless and shameful. It works to release these emotions and to block you from those people who try so hard to keep you down and under their control. The energies bring a feeling of peace, and relief, as well as empowerment!

What is shame, really? It is a feeling of being less than who you are meant to be. It is a feeling of being unworthy, not being accepted, not being good enough. This feeling comes from social conditioning that tells you that you must be like everyone else, you must be perfect, you must fit in. It is fear of not being accepted and being ridiculed and unloved.

Sometimes we grow up in abusive environments where we are constantly put down and ridiculed, and other times we are in school or work environments where we are treated disrespectfully and bullied. In all situations, this beautiful reiki system will help to heal the damage caused by the abuse and will help to protect you energetically from the people who have been attempting to cause you to doubt yourself!
